About Yolisa

    As part of the Management Committee (MANCO), Yolisa is responsible for all matters relating to strategic human resources management, employee relations and human resources administration. Her role includes development and recommendation for review of all human resources policies, organizational design and development, employee relations management, management of job evaluation systems and processes, management and implementation of performance management systems and processes, general maintenance of an organizational climate conducive to a healthy organization. She holds a B.Admin Honors Degree in Industrial Psychology, majoring in Psychometry.
